At Glade, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to get you back to your peak performance as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sports gear.
- 3.Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
